I have a body positive, anti-diet approach to healing problems with food and body image. Sometimes eating disorders are about food and weight, but they're more often about deeper pain that has been too difficult to feel or heal. By integrating medical knowledge with the healing arts, it is possible to uncover reasons for sabotage and get on the way to a happier, more fulfilling life, free from obsessions and self-frustration. Whether you have mild food anxieties, dislike your body, or are suffering with an eating disorder, there is hope!
